 • Civil and Commercial Litigation: We provide a robust, strategic technical defence to protect business interests in any civil or commercial dispute arising from corporate activity. We manage corporate law proceedings, such as challenges to assembly resolutions and liability actions. Additionally, we intervene in litigation involving breaches of contract, enforcement of guarantees, damages claims, and disputes concerning property rights.

 • Employment Due Diligence: We conduct comprehensive audits of workforce structures to guarantee correct registration in accordance with legal standards and applicable collective bargaining agreements. We work to optimise cost structures while ensuring the company operates under current compliance standards. 

 • Representation in Individual and Collective Disputes: We provide comprehensive assistance to companies facing disputes with trade unions and delegates, intervening both at the administrative stage before the labour authorities and in any resulting judicial proceedings. As part of our practice, we manage "Preventive Crisis Procedures" (PPC) aimed at enabling legal restructuring and reducing redundancy costs, as well as provide technical response to industrial action, such as strikes or assemblies, and represent the company in mandatory conciliation hearings. In every case, we manage the negotiation of settlements to resolve conflicts and restore healthy workplace relations. Furthermore, we defend our clients in proceedings for the removal of union immunity (desafuero) for disciplinary actions, disputes regarding union categorisation, claims for social security contributions, and challenges against administrative fines.

 • REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: We handle the necessary administrative procedures to obtain permits related to the use and management of water, land, and forests, as well as waste management. In addition, we ensure compliance with international standards, with a particular focus on the European Union’s requirements for deforestation-free products. 

 • LEGAL VIABILITY DIAGNOSTICS: We conduct regulatory landscape assessments to identify risks and opportunities, and advise our clients on designing optimal legal structures for renewable energy projects, ecosystem services, and nature finance funds. We also provide guidance on land regularization processes through inheritance, adverse possession, and private agreements to ensure legal certainty regarding project ownership.
